Sale of Damaged phone
Hello Hellopeter,

takealot - Payment Confirmation (Order ***)

It was my biggest regret to have bought a phone online especially from takealot. I should have walkin to a store to buy.

Takealot sold me a defected mobile phone.

How can you buy a brand new phone and the screen get completely removed from the body. I was so lucky for it not to fall off. Meanwhile the flex held it not to fall.

I was previously complaining about the screen off from the body, now the phone auto-click itself. What a tragedy. I'm having a conviction that the takelot get supp**** from Doogee refurbished phones. They compiled it as new and resell to customers.

I cant even make or receive a call at the moment as the phone auto-click.

---
I did complain to takealot but they are not willing to help me. They told me that they will firstly come to collect the phone, take it in for review, the they will decide if its qualified for exchange. They said 7 days of policy app****. whereas I have laid complain less 2 weeks.

This is real inconveniency. So they expected me to stay without a mobile phone communication for weeks after sending them pictures of the current state of the phone.
