Safety Hazard - warranty not honored

I purchased a solar light from Takealot, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The very same night it was installed, the battery inside the light exploded, posing a serious safety hazard.

To make matters worse, despite the product still being under warranty, Takealot refuses to replace the defective item. I expected better customer service and accountability, especially considering the potential danger involved.

I cannot recommend this product or the support I received. I hope Takealot will reconsider their handling of this issue for the safety of their customers.
