Sad lies

1. Placed order 1/1/17

2. On 3rd at 10am realised delivery date 14/3/17 so I emailed to cancel due to a ridiculous delivery date

3. At 11:30am on the 3rg takealot responded to say high volume emails... will get back to me asap

4. I called to get my message accross but the agent kindly arranged to get me 2 of the three products. As she said they'll send the other unavailable products at a later date.. I was fine with that as that wasn't urgent

5. On 5th I get a message that my products are being delivered.

Waited - no delivery

6. Called but the said I cancelled so it's back at warehouse

7. Called courrier co and they promised delivery before 6pm

8. No delivery

9. On 6th courrier co calls me back after trying to locate the parcel to say it's at the takealot warehouse. Takealot says it's with courrier

10. No delivery

11. Eventually promise delivery before 5pm

12. No delivery

13. Jessica, Judy, Judy, babawo, luke and a whole lot others promised to call back. No one did

14. Last lady told me to hold on as babawo was there and she actually promised to check up that I received parcel on the precious day but didn't... and then came back saying she's not there after calling her while I was on the call

15. I made my lift wait this morning ie the 7th as I waited for my parcel .... i had to leave as ur ppl called me to say I won't be getting my parcels!

Even though yesterday luke told me there's a way bill...

I needed to leave at 8am.... but my husband agreed with them that it should be before 10am. We waited till 12. I called takealot... urll told me ull get back to me.

At 2... was still waiting. Then u have the nerve to say I'm not getting it

I left for polokwane at 3pm.!

7hours later

Broken promises...

Not impressed.

Really dissapointed.
