Sad and angry

I have places am order on the 20th December 2019 was informed that delivery will happen on the 23rd December 2019 before 17h00 but on 23rd at 16h00 got a message that my delivery is delayed and will be reschedule. I automatically assumed they will reschedule to next business day (24th December 2019). To my suprise I'm only informed I will get my delivery on the 27th December. I placed an order because I wanted those things for Christmas lunch which is today 25th December. There is no one I can talk to/complain or cancel the order. Order#: ***5
