Absolutely pathetic service. My order arrived on Wednesday with one of the items missing. I immediately contacted Takealot help centre. I was told I would receive a call back and an email providing me feedback. Nothing. So I called again. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was eventually told by a "team leader" that the missing item would be delivered that same day. I said I understand that's not a reasonable request (as it was 5pm) and said they could deliver Thursday or Friday instead and I was told this would happen. Today is now Friday and I have had no feedback from Takealot and the item, according to the app, has not yet been shipped out yet.
