I purchased a watch from Takealot. My husband had changed the strap, and guess what? The watch and straps were of such poor quality that they fell and broke. Because of the poor quality, I returned the item; the status is currently "return declined after product evaluation." I am still awaiting an email explaining this.

LIKE WHAT THE **** AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A BROKEN WATCH AND THAT OF POOR QUALITY!!!!
