I purchased the cookie presser on 17 October 2023 and I did not open the item until I wanted to use it on 13 December 2023 where I noticed that both the packets of cookie cutters are the same. I logged a return and checked today to see how far it is only to see my return was declined. They say they emailed me but I never received an email. I do not want the item as I bought it for the specific cookie cutters which was not in the package and I have already purchased something else with the correct cutters. I want my refund.
