Ryoby Petrol Trimmer from Takealot

Logged a return on 19 September on a faulty Ryobi petrol trimmer which was bought 22 Feb 2022 it stated 24month guarantee. Only 7 months old but said it wasn’t covered under warranty so I had to pay R760 for repair. It is now 10 October and I am still withou my trimmer. Takealot just sends generic mail saying they are waiting on feedback from supplier. I am so disappointed with the service! Ive asked for a replacement and refund ons the repair fee but no feedback just the generic reponse… waiting on feedback from supplier!
