Hey I purchased a Samsung A06 on the 26/01/2025 at TAKEALOT so had some issues the Wi-Fi was not working and I made a phone call for exchange than they said don’t do exchange I should return it for refund so the driver came on the 12/02/2025 to collect the phone there after I received a email that they didn’t receive a phone it was only a box so I have been now and then been told that the matter is been escalated they will call me back tub they don’t rather I call back.so really need help😩
