Rusty tap refused to replace

Im very disappointed in Takealot for not replacing a tap that is very rusty and peeling. We can't even turn the tap to another side coz of the rust. I phoned and according to the agents I spoke to the warranty is not valid anymore. That is not even normal for a supposingly good quality tap to get that rusty in less than 6 months of usage. Make sure you selling quality products to people. This os very poor service.
