Rusty pots

I ordered the pots, and I was not satisfied after realizing that the pots changes colour while cooking and the burn the food, I log a return, n the pots where collected, and it was declined for them to refund my takealot account, they return the pots, to my surprise the pots were not the same as when they collected them, it was like someone was busy using a playa or a harmer on the pots, I log another return now I check on the app that they're been declined again, is this how takealot rob people lately
