Rusting pots

I bought pots from Takealot less than a year ago and they are already rusting. Order number : ********** 5. Takealot is refusing to exchange them telling me about warranty that has expired. This is not fair because it means they took my money for a defective product. This is pure ****************, you sell cheap products and refuse to exchange or refund them. I have always bought items from Takealot and I have learned my lesson I will never but anything from you and I will tell all my friends and family not to use you again.
