Running shoes "damage".

I am not happy. Bought Nike running shoes 3 months ago and the printing/stickers on the sides are pulling away. They refused to replace or credit my account as they say its user damage. This is not suppose to happen after 3 months. I will not buy from them again! This is not te first time we have received this service!
