Runied a special birthday and holiday

Wouldnt even give a star if possible.

I ordered a suit case (as I was leaving for Europe 5 days after the estimated delivery date) and my suit cases after fighting with them to have it and search for it then on the day go and buy new suit cases cause they didnt want to refund me my money and telling me it would take another 2 weeks before I get my money. And hour before my flight leaves I get a message stating my order is ready for collection.

I have never met such ******** people at the bryanston pick up point. P.S takelalot please educate your staff as I was told so many different stories from each member at the pickup point. Cause they only embarrassing your name.

On the same order my girlfriends birthday got ruined as I couldnt and still cannot give her the smart watch that I ordered which was at the pickup point from the day they said but they refused to release my watch so well done on first of all wasting my money.... secondly wasting my time with stupid arguments which was easily avoidable if common sense was found.... lastly embarrassing your brand!!

I am a frequent buyer no longer...
