Ruining Christmas
<p>I have all the years supported Takealot, I have even reffered people to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never been this dissappointed in Takealot.</p> <p>I placed and payed for my order on Sunday 18 December, the item ordered was in stock at their Cape Town wharehouse. Delivery time showed Friday 23 December. I kept on checking on their website to see when my parcel will be delivered, last update I received on there was on 21 December, which it showed the parcel arrived at the Cape Town courier depot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned yesterday afternoon (23 December) to do a follow up on my order as I have not received a sms to confirm the delivery of my parcel, the consultant I spoke to said to me that my parcel arrived at the Johannesburg depot at 1am on Friday (23 December) morning. I asked if I could please change the delivery address as I am not going to be at home to receive the parcel. He kindly helped me to change the delivery address and was told that my parcel will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday at the new address.</p> <p>I phoned again this morning to do a follow up on my order again as I still havent received a sms yet. The consultant I spoke to this morning said to me that my parcel will only be delivered on Wednesday 28 December.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for ruining Christmas Takealot, the item that I ordered was a present for a family member.</p>
