Ruined my nieces' bday

I ordered mer**** alice band for my nieces' (twins) birthday. The item said that it was a set of two. I ordered the item and it arrived as one item. So, I returned it and placed another order just in case the return takes too long. The second order arrived and, again, it was a single item. I checked the return and it would arrive too late.

I had to explain to my two 5 year old nieces that they wouldn't have their mer**** "tiaras". They cried for hours.

The best part? THE RETURN ONLY HAD ONE ALICE BAND!!!!!!!

Surely someone checks this stuff? the reviews say that there should be two items, the description says there should be two items. so what the hell is going on?

Not happy at all. And the fact that I can't contact you any other way is disgusting.
