Ruined Christmas..thanx

I placed a order on 21 dec 23 dec the trackings says its been shipped (i stayed at home waiting-nothing) 24 dec the tracking says its been rescheduled and shipped (i stayed at home waiting-nothing) 26 dec i'm told it can't be sent because the whole order is not complete) Now i'm still waiting and no one replies to anything or updates you on the status. And apparently they don't read the reviews on here either. If i knew this was going to turn into such a hassle i would have shopped at a more reliable place.
