RUDEST DRIVER

WORST driver experience! Her name is Thabang Koloko. She called me and i said we are on our way-she had to wait a few minutes. She then left after 7 minutes-when i got the message i called her immediately and asked her what happened. She then proceeded to be so rude and telling me im waisting her time, Then i asked her, can we get you somewhere-she was 2 streets from us, then told me that she does not work for me. My husband then called her and she was extremely rude to him! This is the worst service I've ever gotten from takealot! I understand if she could not wait any longer, but the rudeness was so uncalled for. I told her i'm gping to lodge a complaint and she said "lodge one, lodge one' also did not wnat to tell me her name, said if I wanted it then i can get it on Truecaller.
