Rude, unprofessional and put the phone down while I was still busy.

I ordered from Takealot. I asked for weekend delivery, because nobody is at the house during the week. I work actually for a living, and I received an sms to let me know my parcel will be delivered on Monday. OBVIOUSLY nobody will be here.

They absolutely REFUSED to change it, because on their side it was captured incorrectly. NOT MY PROBLEM.

They put the phone down while I was still busy with them - EXTREMELY unprofessional.

They just said “sorry, YOU have to make a plan to receive the delivery”.

Who is the customer here? Me or Takealot?

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with their service.

I can’t believe you have the nerve to tell me I have to make a plan. And I am also not allowed to go and collect it.

I will take further action on this, if not resolved.
