Rude takealot people

I placed an order with takelot on the 11th for delivery on the 12th which i paid for. I received a call from a very rude driver telling me he is in bellville. I informed him as per my adress i put in i am in Kraaifontein. He rudely told me that that is not his area and he is taking the parcel back. I called takealot and spoke to Elthu who told me (after speaking to the couriers) that i will only get my parcel in a week or two because it was apparently send to the wrong branch for delivery. She even said i could pick it up after i paid for delivery. This is very very poor rude service from takealot. I needed that package tonight.
