Rude takealot delivery men

On a few occasions now, we have had several items delivered and we have noticed that the delivery men are become increasingly rude and inpatient. Takealot should have a way to review their delivery men like other delivery services. What happened to being polite and decent. The delivery man spoke very rudely to me when I came out to receive a package. I had been in the shower when my husband let them in at our main gate to the complex, my husband wasn't home and he sent me a message to say they had arrived but I didn't see the message until I got out of the shower. I immediately threw one a gown and went out and apologized and I was greeted by a very rude man who complained about having to wait 8 minutes since he was let in. Well, I gave him a lesson in being a bit more understanding. Perhaps Takealot could educate their staff on how to have manners.
