RUDE SUPPORT, WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

This was absolutely the worst performance from a company I have ever dealt with, Received my order and received completely the wrong thing that I purchased. Called the support to find out what to do in this case and the operator with a rude attitude awensered the phone, I told him what the problem was and he just said you must log a return on the website and had manners at all, he was short off and did not seem to want to assist me to log the return.

This is bad when purchasing Christmas Gift and it not even arriving but a completely the wrong item does. And then the Support staff is utterly rude and do not even want to assist you in correcting the issue. 2/10

I will never support TakeALot Again after this !
