Rude service at Potchefstroom pickup branch

Had a disturbing experience at Takealot pickup point in Potchefstroom. Reha was extremely rude to the customer before me because he dared trying to open the security door. She accused him of breaking it, treating him like a naughty schoolboy. When she helped me she was attacking me, accusing me of being rude for trying to defend the young man. Afterwards she was dripping with sweetness helping other customers but the damage was done.
