Rude nd disrespectful lady

I’m just at Takealot pick up point in Alberton, the Afrikaans lady who’s addressing ppl there she’s so disrespectful and intimidating. She’s taking advantage that ppl are desperate for job. This lady didn’t even great and introduced her self. She’s a short lady with shart blonde hair. I don’t think she was well trained to address ppl or work with ppl. She’s so rude and so disrespectful.
