Rude messed up delivery and not right!!!!

Hi Michael, your Takealot order #***8 will be delivered before 5:00 PM i ordered a hamster cage and food I got the food and a map and the driver said the map is a gift and maybe the cage coming with someone else this is what is mine he was rude. I then phoned call Centre and went to pickup point in polokwane was told I would get a call back and I got nothing. This is the first time having a bad experience with take a lot. And it was really bad. The cage was a gift now I don't have anything. Very bad experience. Mayb must stop ordering from take a lot. I'm not happy at all.
