Rude MBALE at Constantia branch, 1 less customer

I loved your option to collect and I've been doing that on a very regular basis at your Constantia branch. Today was the last though as your person at the desk, MBALE, was extremely rude, unhelpful and sarcastic.I received boxes that have clearly been opened and items used before. I would not raise that on this formum but since MBALE was so horrible to me, I will. As long as MBALE works at your Constantia branch I'll never go there again and I'll drastically reduce my takealot spending.Thank MBALE for the loss of this loyal customer.
