Rude, impatient takealot driver with no manners at all.

The delivery driver -Akani was so rude over the phone and even said that if I didn't want to return my takealot parcel I should just say so because he doesn't have time to waste on fetching parcels if customers aren't serious. Extremely rude towards customers and for some reason I feel that he spoke to me in that manner because he is used to speaking to customers like that. Shocked at the level of his tone, behavior and how he handle what was supposed to be a quick and peacefull collection.
