Rude driver

I ordered on Friday was told delivery would take place before 17:00 Monday15 February 2021 then a driver calls me saying his at my address at 10:00 am none called me regarding early delivery the driver was rude he kept hanging up when I wanted to find out what was going to happen since I was only expecting them in the afternoon he even blocked my number it's my first time ordering from takealot this is the worst service ever
