Rude driver and bad customer service from Take a lot

Take a lot has the worst drivers. I recently has an issue with speakers I bought from them I log on a return that brought nightmare. The driver that came to my place brought 3 kids with her and sat on her car. She didn’t bother to come out of the car. The lady refused to take my parcel stating that I should put the items in the box. I am talking about sound bar and speaker that was brought with an already damaged box that I couldn’t keep I explained to her that I am using a different thing because I don’t have a box anymore plus the sound bar is too long I couldn’t find a box. The driver refused and left without taking my parcel I reported the matter to Take a lot they are now asking me for photos of the driver with her kids sitting in her car am I their detective or customer I don’t understand. Moving forward I know for sure Amazon will be my go to for everything I use to buy from Take a lot never ever. They can keep their nonchalant drivers who bring kids to work and refuse to do their jobs.
