Rude driver

My order was not delivered on the scheduled date after I got an sms that says my order is out for delivery. The next day got the same sms and the driver only called me at 16:50 as I was preparing to go to work..he was so impatient and talk to me like I am a 5 year old....after I told him that I was waiting for them the whole day only when I am about to leave for work they want me to come out of the shower n run to them...he did not even come to my address but waited at a Tarven for me to go fetch my parcel from there.
