Rude delivery drivers

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Takealot and had the driver shout at me on the phone. I wasn't home both times, but my husband was but he didn't hear the driver. I got calls with them speaking to me rudely about how I should notify them if I'm not home. There is always someone at home. We're not all sitting and waiting at the door for your delivery drivers from 8-5. We also have jobs. Teach your delivery drivers how to speak to people and if they can't get hold of people after a certain amount of time, they should reschedule, not stand there and shout at customers.
