Rude courier service

<p>I received a sms notification this morning regarding my delivery for today before 17:00. I called and spoke to Queen to inform her that i will only be at home after 15:00 and that the delivery should only be after that. She sent me an email at 09:39 to let me know that the delivery person will be informed. At 12:57 i received a call from the delivery person to let me know they were at my home and no-one was there - i informed the driver that i had made arrangements with Takelot regarding the delivery to which she very rudely responded that she is going to send the item back to the warehouse. I dont appreciate the way she spoke to me and i am feeling very offended. Please look into this matter and provide feedback. I order quite a lot and if this is the treatment im going to receive then i will take my business somewhere else.</p>
