Rude and utterly *********** delivery/collection service

<p>Takealot have tried 3 times to collect an item for return.</p> <p> </p> <p>Finally, the collection guy gets to my door on the 4th attempt. My door was standing open, but that was NOT an invitation for him to simply walk into my home! Then he presents me with a document as proof of collection but he has no pen to sign it so I go and fetch one. </p> <p>Then I notice there are no details of the item to be collected (ZTE MF821), or the value of the item (R700) ... so what is he signing ... a blank form?????</p> <p>I tell him to get out of my home and show him to the door ... and he leaves, WITH MY PEN.</p>
