Rude and unprofessional TAKEALOT Driver

I’m writing this with a very heavy heart and very upset.

Your drivers came here and showed the utmost disrespect, they were rude and unpleasant. Spoke very loud to me while inside the car hooting and refusing to come out of their van, saying that they were instructed to remain inside their vehicle when they collect and deliver items. My neighbours were watching and my children. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. They remained inside their Van talking at the top of their lungs and asked me if I’m going to give them the returning item or not because they do not have an entire day.

This left me in shock and in disbelief.

I know TAKE ALOT has millions of customers but this kind of behaviour to me, who has been with TAKE ALOT for many years is unacceptable.
