Rude and unprofessional courier guy

I receive my order from Takealot today the 1st August 2022 but I was not at home so my wife accepted the order that was delivered, the courier guy took the one item out and started to drag the item from the bakkie to the yard, my wife saw and told the guy sorry but please to not drag it cause you’re gonna damage the item he got mad at her and giving her attitude before they left my wife ask the lady is that everything and the guy charge at my wife from the side of the bakkie screaming at her didn’t I not tell you its everything, I do not appreciate the way he talk or lets say scream and charge at my wife cause she told him nicely not to drag the item. You guys must really get staff that have manners on how to treat their costumers. I amd my wife tried to reach out to takealot but no one wants to help her. Jaco *** Order nr: ***
