Rude and ill Ethics of Takealot Delivery Man

Shocking experience with Takealot delivery driver. After he called me stationed in front of my house gate, I responded to him that i work few streets away and that i can quickly drive to the house for the delivery. He asked me about my work station, and after i responded he said he can come to my work place. I waited for him by the gate where i work for a good more than 10 minutes. I then decided to call him to find out if he is getting lost. He rudely responded to me that he is not working me, he has a lot of deliveries. I responded to him that i do not like the way he is now speaking to me. He added that i annoy him not being at the house when he got address of my house. Later the lady he was with in the car called me to say they at the gate of my work place and that i should come out. When i approached I asked him why was he so rude to me, ho continued to speak rudely and disrespectful with me. I could not stand to be disrespected that far by a man younger than me and at my own space. I did not take the parcel. I allowed them to go away with it. Can Takealot please have continuous workshops with their employees about professionalism and ethics.
