rude agent -DIDI

went to collect my order today at the soweto point, i got a dreaded lady by the name DIDI if that is her correct name, that lady is so rude,unprofessional, lacks customer service- she even sweared at me! i want you to do this write, i want you to check the recording- she told me straight that i didnt hire her and she will not do as i please, i had to go to the back to get some1 to help as i was left unattended. i have never seen or experienced this horrible serveice ever- i am still shock! that lady is so mean-and doesnt take her job seriously and clearly doesnt have customer service and must stop working with people, very rude- not well manned. TAKEALOT where did you get this lady? i will wait for the response! ANGRY FRUSTRTAED AND SAD loyal customer...must say im very disappointed
