Rude agent at Alberton take a lot pick up point.

I'm not happy with the service I got from the lady working at the Alberton pick up point for take a lot. She's a short Caucasian lady, with thin blond hair. And she always has her hair in a ponytail. I don't know what her name. But she usually works in the evening. She was very rude, and was very impatient with me this evening. I received an item I did not order. She became very frustrated with me because I couldn't understand how I could return and item I didn't order? Her tone of voice and mannerisms were not good at all. I suggest you give a role where she doesn't interact with people. She's not friendly at all. Shame, customer service is not for her. The men tend to be more friendlier than her. Rather have them help with the orders, or anyone else who's more patient with people.
