Ordered a new product costing R8070. It arrives in the manufacturers box not rapped or anything yet it is a delicate item. At first glance I see the box is slightly damaged. This printed me to check it properly. Now I see the item is not sealed. Tho box had been opened and the item was taken out the antistatic plastic it comes with. So whoever has either used the item or had it on display somewhere. So I log a return "to no avail" the guy I speak to didn't even raise it. I then raise it myself off the app. I then here nothing no email no nothing. So I call them a gent then get all the details and and I finally get the email I attach all photos and send off. So now I am waiting for some form of correspondence as there is dead silence. I have lost alot of faith in takealot.
