Worst service received from taka lot....I had ordered several things from taka lot on cyber Monday the 26th of November, On the 27the when I checked my order 1 parcel had cancelled because the price had dropped, so I replaced the order at the new price. Thursday they attempted delivery for an item that was supposed to be R199 but charged me R898, I sent the parcel back and called them to resolve the issue, next day they delivered at the right price.I later on received an sms on the 3rd of dec to say another parcel of mine was out for delivery only to find that when I received the parcel I was yet again over charged for a parcel that they had not brought for delivery.....Take A lot you are a **** and I paid you R1277 for a R900 some change parcel that you have on your side...you failed to even credit that amount on the delivery that I was expecting today, which I had to end back because I did not have enough money for it because you had promised a rebate...Then why would I have opted for cash on delivery if I wanted to pay for something that I don't have???
