Three weeks ago I gave this company a Compliment on this site, after placing a further order with them I would now like to rescind that compliment , I placed an order and paid by EFT 8 days ago, the money was paid from my bank the same day, now accepting it could have been at theirs the next day, four days later I asked where my email was that they had received payment only to be asked to forward PROOF of payment, this I did within the hour, I then received a standard reply stating that it would be attended to and I can expect someone to contact me within 2 to 12 hours, that was two days ago, my item should have been delivered on Friday now here we on Sunday no item delivered, no contact, and I have no idea when they intend either sending my item or acknowledging that they have my money, this is disgraceful and shocking service and I have just emailed to tell them so, and also to inform them that it will be the last time I will buy anything from them, pity I thought they were a first class company now I see them in their true colours *******
