RRN-e4d3-d141 (***) Broken headphones that wont be replaced.

I bought a bunch of computer related devices from them and with this particular order many of the things that i bought broke or don't work properly. Please see a list of returned devices from this order.

marvo keyboard = returned and replaced ( Im happy with the service ) Gaming mouse = returned and replaced ( happy with the service)

Xiberia V21 headphones = Takealot declined to replace the device.

These headhphones at the moment are not being sold by any one of the supliers in the country. They have been replaced with a model that has the exact same features, but not the support beam that caused me to return them.

Takealot then came back to me in an e-mail claiming that I had voided the warranty. They also claimed to have seen physical damage claimed to be done on the device ( by me ). They also sent me pictures of the very device I sent to them.

There is only one way one can put headphones on ones head. I would like a detailed expert report that tells me how I damaged headphones by putting them on my head without being abusive to them. They must also tell me why the manufacturer has stopped making the very support beam I am complaining about and replaced it with a swivel beam instead.
