I am disappointed with the level of service received for Returns as I have been promised collection at least 4 or more times and the article has still not been collected by the courier. I am of the opinion that it is the supplier's duty to make sure their courier is responsive as it reflects badly on the supplier (Takealot.com) when the courier company is inefficient.
