RRN-5ee2-65ec wrong order received

Ordered a Seresto dog collar and received a cat collar. No one communicates process. Need to wait a week for return of collar and quality check They emailed to say they received the dog collar which is actually a cat collar so once again wrong. Picture on box is a cat so not sure why I received the wrong order. Ask them to escalate the issue but all ignore me. Not sure why I need to pay if I do not get a service. Phoned them and said I must do all online.
