Router purchased from takealot

I rate takealot zero, I'm very disappointed at your service, I pay for a router via payflex, they deduct R239 , I get a router that is not working, my refund was even less R165, iv paid for your own mistakes. Don't think I'll order anymore. Can't trust u anymore and you not doing anything to compensate me
