Rouge Extrait de perfume 100ml /Takealot

I bought Rouge Extrait de perfume 100ml from Exclusive Scents by CM/Fragrance Work via Takealot.

However the scent was different as compared to what I usually order as I've been using this perfume for 2 years now of which I use to buy from someone and 2022 I started order from Vouge fragrances and the scent was the same as what I'm used to.

Only because aware that I bought from a different suppliers after I smelled the perfume, checked and realised it's a different suppliers but was not expecting that as I ordered from Takealot as it's reliable.

I loged a return and dropped off the perfume at Takealot drop off point. Now I'm getting emails that I will not be refunded a should provide my address so that they send the perfume back, tried getting clarity as to why would they send back something that I'm not happy about. They keep insisting for my address. And I've already ordered the same perfume again from Vouge fragrances.

Can they refunded me as I'm not happy with what was delivered and why am I being forced to take something that I'm not happy about.
