Rotten service

Bought Hisense 6Kg Front Load Washing Machine-Titanium Grey from takealot and received it Monday the 23 June, returned it the 24 June due to the machine leaking by the door. The driver didn't have help or a trolley to load the washing machine in the van. He asked a neighbour to assist. Takealot is now refusing to exchange there defective product because of there negligence of not having the proper man power and equipment to fetch the washing machine. This is so unprofessional and I would like to take this further.
