Rocker box not in a suitable condition

I ordered a ibaby infant to toddler rocker & it was delivered today. It was not put in the brown that they usually put orders in & the box is not in a suitable condition. This is a gift, the recipient of the gift will think this is a second hand rocker. On the website the picture says ibaby the box says tii baby & they stuck the takealot stick on the box when I try to peel it off it peels off with part of the box. I’m so disappointed ☹️ I wonder after the baby shower what complaints am I gonna get from my friend about what’s in the box
