Robotic Call centre sends reprimand email to customer
Storm Fredericks, a call centre has the audacity to write me an email letting me know he doesn't respect me for the way I told the person next to me that he is ***********. And that he is merely helping me.
If takealot has given their agents the freedom to write to customers regarding their feelings, take lot should train their call centre agents on how to handle calls.
Firstly, greet your customers properly. Have some kind of decorum when dealing with ppl.
Secondly, teach them ur company policies Instesd of me having to explain to your agents what can and cannot be done (as I spent the first 15mins or my 26min call to you)
Thirdly, train ur agents to actively LISTEN AND take feedback customers and not repeat policies repeatedly and mindlessly like a robot. Otherwise remove that department and put an automated service in place.
Fourthly, your unthinking agents are not doing customers favours. It's your job spec.
I want a written apology for this braziness by this agent who so boldly took it upon himself to email me about his feelings. Train yourself and enhance your s****set first before you dare to address customers in whatever manner feel is the new "takealot" customer engagement method.
I requested a manager call me twice already. Let's see how quick this agent passes that msg on.
