Robogem carpet washer

We bought the robogem carpet washer from Takeot and used this product ONCE to wash a carpet and when we tried using the upholstery washer it didn't work at all. We tried to send it back and altough it was still under warranty, the company refused to give us a refund stating "user damage" to a fitting we have not used before on a machine we only used once. Do not waste your money by buying this product from Takealot.
